Successful writers create effective email messages, memos, letters and reports that help readers gain knowledge, perform desired tasks or respond to specific requests. After completing this course, you will have an arsenal of tips, tools and techniques that improves your writing skills. You will also have a writing system that complements your writing preference, whether manual, online or both.
