Full course description
This 2.5-hour workshop introduces the concepts of implicit (unconscious) bias and microaggressions of diverse identities (race, gender, LGBTQ, religion, veterans, disabilities, etc.).
The facilitator will engage participants in a structured dialogue around the impact of micro-aggressions and bias in the workplace and ways to identify and intervene the behavior.
