This engaging program incorporates both individual and group activities, insightful examples and various interactions.

This course includes a Competency Workshop that provides an opportunity for the course participant to demonstrate some of the knowledge/skills introduced during the course. You must attend both the initial classroom session and the Competency Workshop to earn a Course Completion Certificate for this course.
