Course Description
What Did You Say? This course is designed to improve interpersonal communications with all people. Utilizing the DiSC Profile as a foundation for discussion, participants will have an opportunity to identify their dominant personality style and the way it translates into their communication style. Additionally, this course provides participants with a reality-based definition of good communication.

This course includes a Competency Workshop that provides an opportunity for the course participant to demonstrate some of the knowledge/skills introduced during the course. You must attend both the initial classroom session and the Competency Workshop to earn a Course Completion Certificate for this course.

Note: There are two required class dates for this course.

Also NOTE: This course contains online work including completing a LinkedIn Learning course, participating in online discussions, and completing 2 short quizzes and a final competency assessment.
