Have you ever been asked to interview candidates for a role at Georgia State, but you didn't know the responsibilities? Are you unclear about relevant employment laws, what questions to ask, or how to prevent implicit bias from taking over?
Many employees are asked to be part of a hiring panel with little to no training on how to prepare, conduct interviews, or adequately assess candidates. This course is designed by Talent Management and Talent Acquisition for both interview panel members and hiring managers who need an introduction to the interview process, relevant employment laws, and strategies for conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.

- Course completion is a requirement before participating on an interview panel at Georgia State
