This interactive course offers breathing and meditation techniques and gentle yoga, emphasizing stress reduction and relaxation.

Join EDWS as we present yoga from 12 - 1:15p and immediately follow that with meditation from 1:15 - 1:45p. 

All EDWS events are open to active employees, retirees, and students.
